Q: What is the average wait time for a site after an order is placed?
A: We guarantee most sites within 24 hours from receiving your signed contract, required documents and your payment for the services. ( ^ )

Q: What type of organizations do you consider ministries?
A: All Christian organizations including but not limited to Churches, Youth Groups, Missionaries, Camps, Training Facilities, etc. ( ^ )

Q: Can I update my own website?
A: Yes. We can set-up an account for a one-time fee of $35. Once your site is in your care all changes become your responsibility. ( ^ )

Q:We already have a website, can you update it?
A: nLight Ministries does not provide updating services for outside-websites. For any custom work please contact nLight Graphics. ( ^ )

Order / Pricing questions

Q: Does nLight accept foreign currency?
A: Yes, we do. However please consult us before placing an order.( ^ )

Q: Can I order a site on-line?
A: Of course. Please fill out the forms and we will send you further information. ( ^ )

Q: Is there any type of discount for referrals?
A: Yes there is!  Please check out our referral options. ( ^ )

Q: What are your prices for updates, server fees, newsletters costs etc?

Q: Can my Ministry purchase a package deal for various programs?

Q: Can I advertise on nlightministries.com?
A: Yes. Please contact us for more info.

Q: Who qualifies as a missionary?
A: Someone that depends solely on outside support and is affiliated with a Christian organization, church, mission or humanitarian aid organization.  Missionaries must have been in the field at least 1 year.  Exceptions will be made by nLight when necessary.

Q: What are your core beliefs?
A: We believe that Jesus is the God’s son and that He came to save us all from our sin.  We also believe that His message needs to be spread to all people.  Need more specifics?  We believe what the Bible says!
